    Hey Paul,i want to figure the answers of this very important questions for me:
    1)Is it better to put a pillow under my knees while i am sleepeng for streching more the spine?

    2)Is it useful to do pullups from the first day and how much time do i need to hang?

    3)Which exercises are the best for streching the legs?

    4)How much time/distance do i need to do cycling and running?(do i need to do them daily or several times a week)?

    5)Can i use a pillow if i just lie down but not sleep(ex.watching TV)?

    6)Which is the best position for sitting but to not compress the spine(how did you sit)?

    7)Is it beneficial to do jumping rope,and if it`s how much time a day?

      1. Not sure about that. I think lying on back without pillow is the best position as that is what the book suggests.

      2. There is no harm in doing pullups from first day. There is no specified time in terms of hanging. It depends on what fits into your schedule and how much you can handle. You can do the advanced exercise, the 10th one where you swing until hands are tired.

      3. When you are doing the exercises from the book, you would feel it in the legs when you do exercises that stretches them. So choose from those.

      4. There is no specified amount of time for cycling and running. Do enough to feel a good workout. For cycling, read chapter 8 on the optimum way to do it. I did not do either during the program. I did swimming, and I did that 3 times a week.

      5. Thats ok as long as you sleep during the night without pillow.

      6. The correct sitting position is shown in chapter 8.

      7, Yes its beneficial. Exercise in itself is a good complement to the program

    Hi Paul. I recently purchased your program in hopes of growing a few inches taller over the next couple to few months.
    I had a question about dieting and workouts.

    1. Is it necessary that I absolutely follow exactly what the plan says, or is it okay to just eat as long as I get the necessary nutrients?

    2. Are ab workouts okay, and may I do chin-ups, and pull-ups? (I used to lift weights for working out).

      1. It’s necessary to follow the diet plan as closely as possible. You may feel you are getting the nutrients from your own custom diet but you risk missing something.

      2. Ab workouts are ok as long as it does not compress the spine. Chin ups and pull ups are definitely ok.

      Ireet, I couldn’t find them at first either, but then I googled what broad beans were & Paul please correct me if I’m wrong but they are fava beans,so look for progresso fava beans that’s what I found in the canned beans isle. At first I checked in fresh produce but had no luck. The canned fava beans should be at any store. Hopefully I’m right because I just bought a bunch haha. Good luck & I’m curious to see what Paul says.

        Yes you are right, broad beans and fava beans are interchangeable names. Same thing. However, you should look for the fresh ones not canned ones.

      Hi Preeti

      There are those here who have increase 6 inches with this program. However, this program requires eating meat and so is not suitable for a vegetarian. I do not know of a substitute diet that does not involve meat.

    Hi Paul,
    Thanks for your reply. I will be thankful if you also answer this question:
    1. I make the cocktail with a blender and i blend it to be as close as to liquid and mix it with a little of fruit juice (without sugar). Am i doing right??
    2. Again, about the coffee- if i understood you right the coffee doesnt have a negative effect? i drink only one cup per day.

    After i readed a few comments here, i think i need to ask you about two more points:
    1. I noticed that you used to drink the cockail Immediately after the Exercises, But in the book mentioned that “the cocktail should be taken just 30-60 minutes after each exercise session”. So when its right to takee it? immediately or 30 min after the exercises? (this point is confusing me).
    2. When i make the cocktail i grate the tomato in order to mak it easier in the blender, so i dont use its peel. ist fine??
