    Hey Paul,
    I have been on the program for eight weeks now and have not gained anything. I missed five days on week two and missed the cocktail for seven days on week seven. (Due to a vacation) When do you think I will start to grow? I am positive I am doing everything correctly. Also, how often am I supposed to do the cycling/swimming?

      Growth should be noticed by end of week 6. The weeks before that is to prepare the body for growth. You missed almost a week on week 2, so you need to have at least 1 week extra to see growth, but then you also missed the cocktail on week seven. The program is designed to be continuous, and stopping it can set you back. I would say the lack of noticeable growth could be because of those set backs.

      I swim around 3 times a week while on the program, but that is considered supplemental exercise.

      Its also worth asking yourself:

      1. How many hours do you sleep per night?
      2. Do you take the HGH cocktail within 30mins of exercise?
      3. Do you make the HGH cocktail with the correct ingredients, measurement and using a blender?
      4. Do you do the exercises in morning and evening?
      5. Do you do the exercises till you can’t do them anymore?
      6. Do you follow the diet plan as laid out?
      7. Are you sleeping without a pillow and on your back?

    Another question Paul,
    When I measure myself in the day, I notice that I usually grow around half a cm or so but then late in the day around 3 or 4 o’clock, i lose it. Did this happen to you?

    Is there a substitute for the HGH cocktail as I am finding it hard to find cabbage that is not infested with bugs (specifically tapeworms). So can I substitute it with a supplement?

      Unfortunately there is no substitute for cabbage. Also in the book, it says l-dopa could be used to substitute for fava beans, but it does not seem to work from the feedback

      I was 32 years old when i grew from this program. So you should increase your height if you do the program to the letter and don’t have any physical/health abnormalities.

          This is just what I think when looking at the order form. First try to pay without address. If address is really needed, just make up one including the country. Paying with paypal would be good as an address is attached to your paypal account. Trial and error really. The most important thing you need to get right is your email as you get an email from them with the download link.

      I have not seen from the feedback on this blog that ones grows without drinking the HGH cocktail. Also the HGH cocktail must have the broad beans, no replacements.

    Hi Paul, I usually measure myself in the morning and I thought I grew 0.5 inches. It turns out by night my height shrinks back down. Do most people grow by week 6? or after week 6? I haven’t missed any exercises, I drink the HGH Cocktail everyday, and I try my best to keep as close as I can to the diet.

        3. I double the amount the make at night, and leave the rest for the next morning (Can I do that?)

          @answer 3: yes you can double amount made and leave for next day.
          @answer 4: how supportive is your mattress? Does it sink when you lie on it? The mattress needs to be supportive (should not sink) so that your spine is in the optimal position for growth.
          @answer 6: I don’t think it would be a that much of a problem if the meat is not switched as much

    I am 30 yrs old I grew 1 inch in four weeks.im five foot 3 now..i used be five foot 2..i be glad to grow another inch.or 2…..i got treated like crap my whole life.my family used me.loser men wanted me for sex.im so sick of it..this height will help me not be used,abused,hopefully bullies leave me alone too…

      You can’t skip the cocktail. It’s likely you won’t see results by just eating fava beans.

      The book says fresh green beans can be used instead. However, from the feedback on this thread, the only people who have grown are those who used fava beans. Who knows, maybe you could the first one to report back that green beans works too!

      Normally growth is seen by week 7. However for some people it may take longer. There are some who did not grow until week 9, or after, if you read the comments, you’ll find it there. However, with those, I have found that they did not follow the instructions or was missing something. Your mattress, does it sink when you lie on it? If it sinks, then you need to get a supportive mattress otherwise you are compressing your spine while sleeping.

    Hi,I bought the program 1 year ago and i tried a few weeks but i didn’t make it until week 6. Then,i became doubtful and did some research of my own. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a single the proven height gain after puberty. I consulted with doctors, they said height gain after puberty is not possible. As you claim in the book about the spinal decompression method to gain height, the doctors said you will lose those height gain from spine after a few moments. The cartilage will shrink according to them but i still want to try. So,I just want to give a final shot, I will try my best for 12 weeks to gain height just from my spine. I just need to know,will it be possible even if i gain 1 inch from this program?

      Hi Nizam,

      The height gain is permanent after you complete the program as well as follow the diet plan. If you stop the program before it completes or you don’t follow the diet plan, then the height can revert.

      Yes, i believe you can gain 1 inch with this program, as others have done so. Good luck!

    Hello, just bought this program yesterday.

    1)do i have to sleep without a pillow? it hurts my neck because my mattress is soft and it sinks in.

    2)i have a pull up bar but not a foot taller so i can’t just hang off it. what should i do?

    3)if i do this longer than 12 weeks can i continue my growth?

    4)i was overweight when i was young then lost the weight and i lifted weights when i was around 14. could this of compressed my spinal cords and stunted my height? all my family are taller than me.

    5) i feel a stretch in my spine when i do the exercise where you reach up high

      Hi Jamil,

      1. Yes you need to sleep without the pillow. However, you need to get a supportive mattress that does not sink for this to work.

      2. There are pull bars that can be mounted to the ceiling instead of the doorway. That should allow you to hang if you tall already.

      3, Yes you may continue your growth. Optimised height gain may not be 12 weeks, it may take longer to get your maximised height.

      4. Unfortunately weight training does stunt your height as you are compressing your spine.

      5. Yes, that is the feeling we should get.

    It might just be me, but 2 days in, i do feel a little bit taller.

    my lower back feels stretched and i was a little but shorter than my dad but now i seem to be the same height as him. even a minor height increase i would definitely notice.

    my minimum is 2 inches i want (im 5 ft 7) but would love 3 inches.

    im excited to see what doing this for 12 weeks could bring!

    after my long research n study ,i belive it is possible to increase height through spine, but if putitary gland releases hormone(high peak) , after bones fuses it causes a disease called acromagaly . Plz explain me .

      In Acromegaly, the pituatry gland adnormally excess release growth hormone. This is not normal and excess growth hormone causes disfigurement and often associated with gigantism. When you use grow taller 4 idiots, you are stimulating more hormone to be released after exercises. This is natural and no one experiences the ailments of Acromegaly.

      I have cleared it up on my review above:

      ‘you should be using 43 grams of broad beans and 43 grams of red/white cabbage instead of 80 grams in the HGH cocktail.’

    Does it make a difference if I use fava beans from a can, or do the beans have to be fresh?

      Better to use it fresh, but use from can if you can’t find fresh.

      Yes you can continue. However, if you have not grown from the program, it is likely you have missed some part of the program.

      Preferably fresh fava beans, but you can use frozen if you can’t find fresh.

      Less likely to see results as meat protein is the bodies preferred source of protein.

    Hi Paul. I bought fava beans online in internet but it is as hard as rock and i can’t blender it. Now if I want to substitute it with green beans, it will take forever to take of the shell, but Darwin said it’s ok to include the shell. So do we still weight 40 grams of green beans with shell? And, if I want to substitute it with L-dopa supplements, how much pill I should put in the cocktail?

      Well Saeed used green beans and it worked for him. However, tFava beans contains much more L-dopa than green beans. So fava beans is still preferable.

      With green beans, I am not entirely sure it is 43g green beans with shell.

      I have not seen L-dopa supplement working with this program, on the feedback of this blog anyway.

    Hi,
    Would I be able to take supplements instead of the HGH cocktail? The cocktail tastes unsettling and I can’t swallow it because the taste is so bad.
    If so, how many mg or g of each (L-Dopa, L-Glutamine, Gamma-Aminobutyric acid) should I be taking?

      I have not seen reports of supplements working for this program.

      You add citrus fruits, sugar or chocolate to make the cocktail taste better.

    hi…i have bought this program…i m from india but im a vegetarian so i cant eat meat but i can have eggs…so can i replace meats with sprouts n milk products n oats…protein diet….n do i have to exercise immediately after waking up in the morning…..n immediately before going to sleep….can i do the exercises in the evening as well???
