Exercises to Grow Taller

So some of us grow insanely tall but the others are left disappointed with their insignificant height. This often leaves most of us trying our and sampling various different tricks to shoot up just that extra inch. However, for those of us who are lucky, it surely works, but for those of us who aren’t, nothing we seem to do helps us in our endeavor. As the name suggests, it is mainly concentrated on the pelvic region of your body and so the lower part of your spine and hips are primarily focused upon. The way to go about doing this exercise is to lie down on your back on a comfortable and not too hard surface. Make sure to keep your arms and hands by your side with bent knees. Your legs should be closer to the back region of your body. Then curve your back area and thrust upwards. You must do this for twenty or more seconds to acquire positive results.

Further, the cobra exercise too is an effective stretching exercise. In order to implement this, you need to lie down on your stomach on a flat surface that is not too hard and does not hurt you. Put your hands out in front of you and move your head as well as the upper region of your body upwards. Every time you stretch upwards, hold your breath and every time you settle back on the ground, softly exhale. So at least two sets of this, with ten movements in each for effective results.

Finally, some people are born with the height and some have to work hard and exercise harder to gain the height they want. It may not seem fair to say that some are born with it, but it is true. However, that does not mean you need to pass on something you have always wanted. If growing taller is something you truly desire then give these stretching exercises a try and incorporate them in your daily routine. You will surely witness positive results and will feel satisfied and fulfilled at the end of the day.
