I started the program but am not seeing any results


This is perfectly normal, height does not happen overnight and you need to be persistent to achieve results.

Please note that most people see results only after following the program for at least 5-6 weeks.

Also be sure that you are following the program exactly as instructed. Some of the key points that you need to consider are: sleep without a pillow, taking the HGH cocktail, do the exercises properly and until you cant do anymore.

Always remember that you need to be persistent and really believe in the program. You must not follow it just because you have to but you must do it because you need to believe in it.

Do I have to take any supplements while following the program?


Yes you have to take the HGH Cocktail that is explained in the book.

This HGH cocktail is natural, easy to make and very cheap. It is also very effective in boosting your own HGH levels which is very important for growing taller.

Can I do weight lifting while on the following program?


Weight lifting puts strain on your spine, and compresses your bones.

Can I do the afternoon exercises only OR not do the program as instructed?


For maximum results it is suggested that the program and exercises are performed 100% as instructed. Failure to follow it properly or by missing particular section may interfere in the final results that you will achieve.

The Grow Taller Program was structures the way it is because it is the most effective way, after years of testing.

However, if it`s impossible for you to follow any particular section, obviously its better to leave that section out instead of not doing the whole program.

When should I take the HGH Cocktail?


You should take the HGH cocktail just 30-60 minutes after doing the exercises.

Do I have to buy any third party supplements?


No, we do not suggest that you buy any third party supplements while following our program.

Instead, you need to take the HGH cocktail which is far much more effective than the majority of supplements currently in the market.

The HGH Cocktail is too much or me, do I have to take it all at once?


No, theirs no need to drink it all at once. You can just take as much as you think is enough for you.

Yes, once you finish the program you can do weight lifting freely.

Weight lifting is not recommended only when followed in tandem with our program.

Does the program concentrate on specific parts to gain height or the whole body?


The program was designed for height increase trough all the body. Height gain is linear and proportionate.

Can I do the program without taking the HGH Cocktail?


You can, but it’s NOT recommended. The Grow Taller program was structured in such a way to promote height. If any part of the program is left out you will most likely NOT see the desired results.

Does your program work at any age?

    Hey sorry to bother you again i wanted to clarify that u said to do the second stage exercise before sleeping soo in the book it’s written that first stage exercises have to be done twice a day so when i am in the second stage i don’t have to do the the night session of the first stage exercise thanx for replying my previous question

      You need to do the first stage before the second/third stage exercises morning and night. The book is not that clear on that, but I have confirmed with Darwin that the first stage exercise is done throughout the entire program morning and night.

      The product does not deliver via mail. Its is downloaded to your computer. So as long as you can pay via the correct currency, then the address does not matter. Make sure you enter your email address.

    In the book it says for stage 2 exercises u can cycle through the total 15 everyday but can i just do the selected 5 of the total 15 which i like and do ONLY that? Cus i don’t wanna cycle through the other 10 cus its hard

      I don’t know how that would pan out as I’ve not had feedback on doing only 5 of the 15. Darwin should have had a reason to do 15 exercises instead of just 5.

      Drinking the HGH cocktail helps to increase the production of HGH after exercise. So taking the HGH cocktail in the absence of the exercises is unlikely to results in growth, or at least not optimally.

    How often should I drink HGH cocktail?
    If I just eat tomatoes, broad bean and cabbage raw, not blending them, will they produce the same effect?
    Can these ingredients be replaced by others? It is hard to find broad beans in our country

      You need to drink the HGH cocktail after each exercise session, hence after the exercise in morning and evening.

      You need to blend them. I suppose there is a reason the book ask you to blend them. Its likely the nutrients are better absorbed after being blended.

      You can use green beans to replace the broad beans but bear in mind that broad beans are the best source of L-Dopa.

        hey paul, in the exercise book it doesn’t mention that i should do the stage 3 exercises twice a day…it only says “shortly before going to bed” and what about the stage 2 exercises….it isn’t mentioned anywhere that i should do it twice a day…it just says that i need to perform 5 of the 15 each day

          Page 78 states:

          ‘Remember that the Focused Stretching Routine has to be done in conjunction with the introductory exercises.

          This is to say that every morning and every night you’ll first do the introductory exercises, and then do the exercises of the Focused Stretching Routine.’

          Page 104 states:

          ‘So what’s the advanced training program like?
          Well, there are ten exercises, and these have to performed every single day, morning and evening, for a five day cycle – after this you can take a rest for two days.’

    hey there, im doing the program and i am wondering of few things; first, do you have to do the exercises right before sleep or you have to do it in evening time. so for example you do the exercises at 7-8 pm, but you sleep at 10-11. or its mandatory to do them ‘just before sleep’ so your spine is stretched at its potential before sleep. another thing is, can you eat other foods too. for example if you eat whatever it tells you to eat for dinner, but your still hungry and you want to eat more and eat something thats different, can you do that or do you have to stay extremely careful about that stuff? please reply back as soon as possible. thank you!:)

      Its best if you do it close to before sleep, its just more effective for your growth in that way due to the stretched potential before sleep as you say.

      As for following the diet plan, you can eat more of the foods at dinner than that is suggested. If you need to snack, then go for something more nutritious. Sugary foods is not conducive to growth.

    Hello, I just had a question about the hgh cocktail. Where I live, the broad beans/fava beans are really hard to come by. Is there an alternative I could use, or do I have to use broad beans?

      Broad beans have proven more successful than substitutes. You can try green beans.

    hey Paul, so i got a couple of questions before i start the program and want to clarify some things that i didnt get from the e-book;
    1) do you got to do the stage 1 exercises along with stage 3 later on?
    2) for stage 3 exercises it says to do cycle of 5 days and rest for 2, so does that mean to repeat every week like that?
    3) where do i find the videos later for the exercises?
    4) will a little bit of weight lifting affect anything, cause at my work i am required sometimes to lift some things..?

      4. Best to not doing any weight lifting, it compresses the spine. The heavier the weight is, the more it will affect the success of the program.

    I’m a 17 year old female standing at about 5 feet 6 inches tall. I really want to be 5 feet 9 inches, I was wondering if it would work for me. Also my second question is does this program involve swimming?

      The program is supposed to work for females and males of all ages (unless you have a medical condition that you can’t do the exercises etc..). Results vary, you will need to read the comments in this blog to get the feel for it.

      The program does not involve swimming but its a supplemental exercise that can help growth. I swam during the program.

    I have purchased the book and have questions now

    1. In the book its nentioned 30 gm beans and 30 cabbage. Is this quantity enough for one day( mrning and night? Or is it 30 gm in morning and another 30 gm at night?

    2. We can have the cocktail nly aftr 30 min of exercise, so we cannot sleep as soon as after exercise. Am i right?

    3. Same question of heather. Can we prepare it a day before and keep in fridge and drink next day? Also can i remove the shell of quite large quantity of beans and store the beans in fridge , so wen i want to prepare it its easy for me. I am working woman..

      1. Its 43 grams of broad beans and 43 grams of red/white cabbage. Should be enough for 1 or 2 servings.

      2. Actually I have it within 30 minutes. The sooner it is taken after exercise the more effective. The author said after 30 minutes because of digestive reasons.

      If you are referring to the bean seed as a deshelled broad bean then it should be ok. The author of the book says it should be preferably fresh.

    My Ebook says that the cocktail requires 250 grams of each ingredient (except for the tomatoes), but there are some people that say it’s 45 or some other number. Who is right? Also, suppose I do 250 grams for each ingredient. Do I split that same drink in half for the morning & night, or do I have to make another cocktail again in the afternoon? 6 tomatoes a day seems too much for me. Isn’t is bad for acid reflux? Specially when you don’t have a pillow to keep the acid from rising up.

      I have clarified in my review above that its 43 grams for each ingredient, which is enough for 1 or 2 servings. So if its 2 servings, its enough for one day i.e. morning serving and evening serving. So its 1 tomatoe a day in that case.

    I have a question my work involves lifting boxes that weigh up to 18kg which is not heavy but the programme says no weight lifting I only work 12hrs a week so it won’t be a lot of the time. Also im 19 and 5’9/5’10 and want to be 5’11 6’0 hopefully more whats the likelihood of this happening

      We are not supposed to lift while on the program. I do not know the cut off point for the amount of weight lifted to the success of the program.

    I’m 25 years old and want to gain atleast 2 to 3 inches but due to my hectic schedule in work i almost get a 7 hours sleep,sometimes 6 hours also i perform my daily excercse only in the morning because lack of time. Is it okay if i will restart the program from preliminary for a week then regular excercise on the 2nd week?

      You need to perform exercise morning and evening and sleep at least 8 hours per day.

      Restarting the program for a week then regular exercises (secondary) is fine.

    Im 25 years old and want to gain atleast 2 to 3 inches. Im at 2 weeks in the excercise program but due to my hectic schedule in work, i only get a 6 hto 7 hours of sleep and sometimes i only perform in the morning before going to work. I plan to have a leave vacation to do the program. Is it okay if I will restart again from preliminary?or Ill just continue the preiminary with the regular excercise? also can i add some water for the cocktail? does it lessen the effectiveness? am i to split the cocktail for 4 servings also?       yes you can add water for consistency in the cocktail. It won’t lessen the effectiveness if you still drink the same amount of ingredients. By the book, the cocktail made using the recommend amount of ingredients for 1 or 2 servings.

      Its not 250g for each ingredient. You may have the old version of the book. I have written the correct amount of ingredients at the end of my review.

    I can’t eat pork as it’s against my religion. Any way of substituting it with somethin else? Oh and also bacon in the morning..
    What kind of snacks can you eat if your feeling hungry in between breakfast lunch dinner?
    How much water should you use when blending the hgh cocktail?

      You can try rotating the other meats and not the pork.

      You can eat nutritious food, but avoid too much sugar. Nuts and seeds are good.

      The amount of water is the amount of consistency that you prefer really. But if you add too much you might find it difficult drink in all in one or two servings.

    at the evening can i drink high cocktail and sleep immediately after it or should i wait
    and if i should wait please inform me about the waiting duration before going to bed

      If you feel you can sleep immediately after drinking the HGH cocktail that is fine. Otherwise wait until you are comfortable to lie down.
